Watch this, tape that - Tuesday

Wow! Did you make through Monday night? Me either. Here are your pickings for Tuesday:

8:00
Watch this: "American Idol" (FOX). The Top 10 girls perform. But don't get too comfortable watching. "Lost" comes on at 9:00.
Tape that: "The Biggest Loser" (NBC). The contestants are divided into two teams by a temptation-challenge winner, who make controversial choices.

9:00
Watch this: "Lost" (ABC). If you don't want to tear away from "Idol", you can watch it online. But I'm pretty sure you'll want to see this. It's Sayid-centric.

10:00
Watch this: "16 & Pregnant" (MTV). It doesn't get more real than this. Tonight's teen mother-to-be is Valerie, an adopted kid who wants to give her baby the life she never had.
Tape that: "Parenthood" (NBC). Series Premiere. It's produced by Jason Katims, one of the producers of "Friday Night Lights". And where he goes, I go.
See it online: "The Good Wife" (CBS). Alicia tries to adjust to life at home with the newly freed Peter.
Also on: "Independent Lens" (PBS). Again, not my usual cup of tea, but it sounds interesting. It follows four blind teenagers at the Texas School for the Blind. "20/20" (ABC). Oscar nominees. "White Collar" (USA). I stopped watching a while back, but I hear it's still good.
