Here are some highlights for Monday night viewing.

Watch this: "House" (FOX) and "Heroes" (NBC) are both on, but I don't watch either of these shows. It's Veiwer's Choice!
Tape that: "Lincoln Heights" (ABC Family). It's not the greatest show, so I tape it to ease the pain.
Also on: "Dancing With the Stars" (ABC).

Watch this: "Trauma" (NBC). After last week's action-packed pilot, I'll take another shot from these flight medics.
Tape that: "Gossip Girl" (CW). Hilary Duff and Tyra Banks guest star.
See it online: "Lie to Me" (FOX). The Lightman Group is called to investigate a football star accused of rape.
Also on: "Jon & Kate Plus 8", for those of you who are still rubbernecking at this trainwreck.

Watch this: "CSI: Miami" (CBS). Call is called to testify against new?/ex? boyfriend Delko. Shooting your boyfriend in the line of duty doesn't bode well for any relationship.
Tape that: "Hoarders" (A&E). If you missed it the first time around, this show is a must-see.
