Tape that: "America's Next Top Model" (CW). The models are taught to dance without expression. Learning to mime, maybe?

Watch this: "Criminal Minds" (CBS). I only tape this because CBS doesn't have the decency to offer it online. Otherwise I'd be watching it on playback.
Tape that: "Law & Order: SVU" (NBC). You can catch this on Saturdays if you rather tape "Glee".
See it online: "Glee" (FOX). Watch it. Love it. With minimal interruptions.

Watch this: "Top Chef: Las Vegas" (Bravo). The chef-testants are back from break just in time for a high-stakes quick fire challenge.
Tape that: "Real World/Road Rules Challenge" (MTV). If you didn't read my blog item about this show, go back and you'll see why it's a must see.
