It's the day in divorce around Hollywood. I guess some of these couples would consider this a Christmas present.

Jon and Kate (of "Plus 8" fame) have officially ended their 10 year marriage, after making us suffer through countless fake-tear interviews and tabloid magazine covers. Kate gets the house and kids. Jon gets to foot the bill. Too bad he squashed their cash-cow show on TLC. How are you going to pay child support for eight kids when you can't make any public appearances. Sucks to be you, buddy.

Beyonce's parents, Tina and Matthew Knowles, are calling it quits after 30+ years of marriage. “The decision to end our marriage is an amicable one. We remain friends, parents, and business partners,” the couple said in a statement to The Associated Press. “If anyone is expecting an ugly messy fight, they will be sadly disappointed. We ask for your respect of our privacy as we handle this matter.”

And finally, squinty-eyed Leann Rimes's hubby, "I'm Not Gay" Dean Sheremet officially filed for divorce in Los Angeles citing “irreconcilable differences”. That's just a fancy term for "My wife was in a TV movie and fell for her co-star then they started hooking up". The couple, who married in 2002, announced their split back in September. Luckily, they have no children together.

Rimes has been linked with Eddie Cibrian ("CSI: Miami") for months. He filed for divorce from his wife of eight years in August.
