Watch this: "Catching Up With 16 and Pregnant: The Girls of Teen Mom" (MTV). If you didn't watch last season, now is the time to sit down with your children and let them watch this sobering look at dealing with parenthood as a teenager. One of the most truthful shows I've seen in a long time.

Watch this: "Teen Mom" (MTV). Series premier. Follow Maci, Amber, Catelynn and Farrah of "16 and Pregnant" on their first year of motherhood. You don't want to miss this.
